Retatrutide is a synthetic lipidated peptide indexed under CAS 2381089-83-2 and carried in chemical registries under the development code LY3437943. Its 39-residue sequence contains two aminoisobutyric acid residues, an α-methyl-leucine, a C20 diacid side chain attached through a gamma-glutamate–AEEA linker, and a C-terminal amide.
