Across the EU, insulated and tracked, dispatched from within the Union. Free over €150; below that, a flat €12.99. The batch reference travels on the packing note, and the certificate reference with it once a certificate exists for that batch.

Can I return an order?

Your statutory right of withdrawal applies. It does not extend to sealed items whose seal has been broken, because those cannot be returned to stock. The full terms are in the right of withdrawal notice.

What exactly am I buying?

Laboratory reagents supplied for in-vitro research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not food, not cosmetics, and not medicinal products. We sell to research professionals and institutions, and you confirm that at checkout.

Who manufactures the material?

We do not publish that, and this site used to. Sourcing that is published is sourcing that is copied, which is why almost nobody in this category discloses it. What replaces it on a listing is the specification: CAS number, sequence, molecular formula and molecular mass, each with the date it was recorded from a primary source. Where that source is a public chemical registry the page links it, so the figure can be checked without taking our word for it. Where it is a manufacturer’s own specification sheet, the page gives the date and not the sheet.

Do you tell me what these compounds do?
