No contact channel is published yet, because the operating entity is not yet registered and we are not trading. A contact address that reaches nobody would be worse than none. Registration details and a working address appear in the imprint before the first order can be placed.

What we can answer

• Specification: CAS, sequence, formula, mass, form and storage as listed.
• Sourcing: which figure on a listing came from which class of document, and when it was recorded.
• Certificates: which batch a certificate belongs to and how to verify it with the issuing laboratory.
• Orders: status, documentation, shipping, invoicing, returns.

What we cannot answer

Anything about administering these materials, preparing them for use, or their effect on a living organism. We do not publish that information and we will not supply it privately either — the answer is the same whether it is asked in public or by email.

Who manufactures a given item is a separate refusal, and a commercial one rather than a legal one. We do not publish it and we do not disclose it on request. The answer by email is the same as the answer on the FAQ.

Reporting a problem with this site

If you find a claim on any page that describes what a compound does in a body, or a purity figure with no certificate behind it, tell us. Both are defects by our own standard and both get removed. See quality and methodology.
